Welcome to FillAnyPDF.com, a web based form hosting service (the "Service"). You must read and agree to this Terms of Service ("TOS") before you register. By using the FillAnyPDF services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by the TOS.

FillAnyPDF.com may modify or revise the TOS at any time without notice to you, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. New features shall be subject to the TOS. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis.



Monthly Renewing Subscriptions and Annual Renewing Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 30 day period. Only one 30 day money back guarantee period is provided per life time of the account. You may cancel your monthly or annual renewing subscription at any time. If you choose to cancel a monthly subscription, your subscription will expire 30 days from the last payment. If you choose to cancel an annual subscription, your subscription will expire 365 days from the last payment. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded unless it is within the 30 day money back guarantee period. Pro-rated refunds will not be provided.

If you switch from one plan to the other plan before the 30 days(monthly plan) or 365 days(annual plan) of the last payment, pro-rated refunds will not be provided. No refunds allowed after 6 months for the annual plans. If annual plan is canceled after 30 days, monthly plan fee would be accessed prior to any refund. You are solely responsible for canceling your account. For your protection, you may only cancel using the cancelation feature on the FillAnyPDF.com website. We do not accept cancellations via email, phone, fax or letter. We are not liable for any loss resulting from cancellation. All of your forms and data may be deleted from the Service upon cancelation. You must provide your current and accurate contact information during the registration process. You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services. Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. FillAnyPDF.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without notice for any reason. FillAnyPDF.com may at any time and for any reason terminate the Services, terminate this Agreement, or suspend or terminate your account.



You agree that you will use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations, including any laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence. You shall not, shall not agree to, and shall not authorize or encourage any third party to: use the Service to upload, transmit or otherwise distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, contains viruses, or is otherwise objectionable as reasonably determined by FillAnyPDF.com; use the Service for any fraudulent or inappropriate purpose; resell, duplicate, reproduce or exploit any part of the Service without the express written permission of FillAnyPDF.com; use any robot, spider, other automated device, or manual process to monitor or copy any content from the Service. Violation of any of the foregoing may result in immediate termination of this Agreement, and may subject you to state and federal penalties and other legal consequences.



You acknowledge and agree that FillAnyPDF.com owns all right, title and interest in and to the Service, including without limitation all intellectual property rights, and such rights are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, or create derivative works from the Service. You also agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automated device, or manual process to monitor or copy any content from the Service. FillAnyPDF.com claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.



FillAnyPDF.com does not warrant that: (i) the Services will meet your requirements or expectations, (ii) the Service will be timely, uninterrupted or error- free or operate in combination with any other hardware, software, system or data, (iii) bugs or errors will be corrected, (iv) the mathematical calculations performed by the Service is accurate. The Services are provided to you strictly on an “as is” basis. All conditions, representations and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third party rights, are hereby disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. You expressly understand and agree that FillAnyPDF.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if FillAnyPDF.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your usage of the Service.



You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with any User Content, any Third Party Applications, Software or Content you post or share on or through the Site (including through the Share Service), your use of the Service or the Site, your conduct in connection with the Service or the Site or with other users of the Service or the Site, or any violation of this Agreement or of any law or the rights of any third party.



IN NO EVENT WILL COMPANY OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICE OR ANY OF THE SITE CONTENT OR OTHER MATERIALS ON, ACCESSED THROUGH OR DOWNLOADED FROM THE SITE, EVEN IF THE COMPANY IS AWARE OR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.



 The failure of FillAnyPDF.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and FillAnyPDF.com and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and FillAnyPDF.com (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the TOS).
