Open the form you want to print. Then, click the printer icon on the top-right of the page.

When you log in you will see the main list of forms. Point to the form you want to delete. In the "Actions" drop down box select "Delete".

Yes. Just add as many recipients as you want to the "To" line on the "Mail Form for Signing" page. Each party will receive their own copy to sign.

Yes. You can send a document that has been signed to someone else for another signature.

There are some text editing features. You can redact (blackout) text and whiteout text. And you can add typing, including typing over any whiteout. These features are only available to the form "owner" and not to people who have just been asked to sign a form.

There is no software to install and forms are saved securely online. If you are inviting other people to fill out your forms you can see who filled them out and when. It also saves your customers time when they don't have to print paper, just to write on it by hand, fax it to you, and then throw away the paper.

No. You can write with any pointing device like a touchpad or mouse. If you prefer to use something more like a pen for writing, a writing tablet can be used.

The person signing the form does not need to register.

Each email request contains a unique tracking id. When the link to the form is clicked, that unique id and the signatory IP address is recorded.

To get a link to a form follow these steps:

Upload the blank form:
-Log-in to your account
-Click the "Templates" button
-Click the "Upload" button

Create a version to link to:
-Select the form you want from your computer
-Click "Templates" again
-Select the form from the drown down box
-Click "Add"
-The form will be at the top of the list below
-Optional: if you want to edit the form, you can do it now
-Select "Mark as Complete" from the actions drop down box

Get the link
-Select "Social Share" from the Actions drop down box
-Copy/Paste the link shown to you into your website or email
